Firestick Pump Union is used in some smaller spas in place of a heater using turbulence to heat up the water.
- 2″ buttress thread (actually measures approximately 3″ across) reducing to 1.5″ Slip
- Includes 2″ union nut and tail piece with 1.5″ slip fitting
- 1.5″ Slip is designed to slip over pipes with 1.5″ inner diameter, as such the actual dimensions of the slip are larger to accommodate the thickness of the pipe
- 2″ buttress thread is only compatible with 2″ buttress thread parts (such as pump intakes, discharges, or plumbing listed as buttress thread)
- Will not thread onto 2″ MPT fittings
