The Hayward Salt & Swim Cell O-ring GLX-DIY-ORING fits on the top of the cell to create a seal between the top of the cell and the cell housing.

Installation:
- Remove power to the filter pump. If using a pump timer, be sure that the timer wont turn on the pump during this installation.
- Unplug the Salt & Swim Control Box.
- Remove the Cell:
a) Remove the Retaining Nut from the Cell Vessel.
b) Unplug the Cell Cap from the Cell.
c) Remove the Cell from the Cell Vessel. - Remove the old O-Ring from Cell.
- Install new O-Ring as shown in the included instructions.
- Reinstall the Cell:
a) Slide the Cell back into the Cell Vessel.
b) Plug in the Cell Cap.
c) Hand tighten the Retaining Nut. - Run the pump for 5 minutes or until or air is out of the system. Check for leaks.
- Plug in Salt & Swim Control Box and resume normal operation.
