This is a Paragon vinyl 4 inch number. This is a replacement number only used with plain top Paragon Starting Blocks. The numbers are placed on the plate (item KDI-22198). Your starting block came with the vinyl number on the plate. If the number has worn off, this is your replacement.
For sand tops, the number is spray painted using a stencil.
