Quick Tips
Use PTFE thread seal tape on the threads before installation to ensure a leak-proof fit.
Install by hand-tightening first, then use a wrench on the brass hex onlynever tighten by the casing.
Note the pressure reading when the filter is clean to establish your system’s “baseline.”
Inspect the lens monthly for fogging or cracks that could indicate internal failure.

Mark your “clean pressure” with a small piece of electrical tape on the gauge face. When the needle rises 8-10 PSI above that mark, it is time to clean the filter.
